Remember when? Stencil - Archways

Good evening all

Today's the start of a new challenge over at "Moving along with the times".
The theme was chosen for me and I chose "For the boys".  The reason I chose this is a few months ago was my son's birthday and I couldn't find anything in my craft stash for males. I was mortified! I had to go out and buy a card lol

It just gives a gentle push to craft for male themed cards.

The card I made was created using Sheena douglass "Remember when" selection stencils. This one was called "Archways". It would bring back some lovely old memories for some.

I stuck it down onto some watercoloured paper using some low tack tape.
I used burlap distress ink all over before I placed the stencil down.  I then used acrylic paints all different shades of brown and white highlights over the stencil.

The sentiment is from the stamps range of remember when from Sheena Douglass

Loved created this and was pleased with the finished product
