Candle treat box card.

Good afternoon everyone!

I hope you are all well and your week has begun well?

Thank you so much for visiting my blog and taking the time to comment.  I enjoy and appreciate all comments left and will always pop by your blog to do the same.   It is also nice to see new faces and new followers.

Thank you also to those who took the time to do the blog hop for dS4J.  Very much appreciated and nice to see familiar faces.

I'm amazed at the talent there is out there and so much inspiration to others! You all have such fabulous talent!

Anyway onto my project today.

I have made a tea light candle treat card but you can put whatever you wanted in the box.   You can find the tutorial here:

The main focal point is a gold peel off of a stunning dress which I stuck on some DP and cut around it.  Looks so effective!  The pink doily is from Dovecraft.

Ribbon is from Crafty Ribbons Store which I won from a challenge , £10 worth of goodies which are amazing and upon arrival of the parcel they even included a free wire edged Christmas glittered wide Ribbon which is just beautiful!   You can see their stock here:

Lace, corner peel offs , sentiment , DP , gold shimmer card and white bow are all from my usual stash.

I get most of my crafty stuff from eBay and the DP I use are from sets I bought last year through create and craft from HunkyDory and Crafters Companion.

My card is also in pink which is for awareness for breast cancer victims and survivors.   My aunty is a survivor of Breast Cancer.  Healing and love to all who has suffered or been affected with any kind of cancer.

I hope you enjoy my card today
Have a lovely day and thank you for looking
Hugs and love
Sharon

We are obviously on the same wavelength Sharon. I almost made one of these today too, but instead I played with acetate in a different way. Your card is great and it is a lovely way to give a gift! Love from Christine xx

That is really beautiful! And I love the tealights included with it. The dress is so elegant...that makes the entire card/gift just pop!
While I was visiting, I noticed that you're having an issue with your badges/blinkies along the sidebar re-sizing themselves. I found an easy fix for that (after it happened to me too) and you can see the steps for that here:
Fix for your blogger photos going out of size
Please be sure to leave me a comment if this works for you. I'd love to know that I was able to help you!!
