4 drawer easel Thank you card

Good evening bloggers.

Now this project is my special one! It means a lot to me as I made this for my mum for her love and kindness she's given me all through my years. It's an easel card with four drawer compartments at the base. Inside the drawers I put bracelets, earrings and little crafty things for her as a surprise. I followed a tutorial to make this from  this site :Card Drawer Tutorial . So if you fancy a go at it then please click the link. It's not hard and is easier than you think.

The topper is a flower fairy stamp which I coloured with my pro markers. I then used spellbinders labels dies to create layers and matted them together with gold mirrored holographic card which I embossed the bottom two layers of the top easel layers. It's very blingy and colourful which I love. I then finished with flower embellishments and gems on the topper. I also used sticklers glitter on the wings and tied a bow to out on the right hand side. I then used red and white striped twine and wrapped it around the top easel card .

At the bottom to create a stopper for the easel I used three different colours card and cut them with spellbinders edgeabilities dies. I used some pink satin ribbon and placed a flower gem on it. I stuck some gems on the borders.

The drawers don't correspond with each other which I think is unique. I used pinflair glue gel to stick a flower onto the drawers to create a handle and with the glue it stuck very well and won't fall off when pulled to open a drawer. A very unique and beautiful card for that someone special in your life.
