FitzTown New Challenge - "Paper Piecing" DT Post

Good morning everyone!

I hope you are all well and getting ready for Christmas.  Not long now lol!

I apologise for the lack of posts. Most of my week have been busy with health appointments , MRI and card making for DT.

I have some good news!   I have been asked to stay on at FitzTown Challenge Blog as a DT and I have accepted!!
I am very honoured to be here, the images they sell are just stunning and the team are just fabulous , so thank you for having me!

Ok the current challenge for FitzTown is Paper Pieceing which I've never done before lol.
Also couldn't figure  out how to paper piece a Digi Stamp until I realised if I printed the original image onto my normal card for colouring and then just inserting patterned paper into the printer and printing out another two times, cutting what I want out and then sticking them onto the original print out.
Very easy once you know how lol.

I paper pieced part of this stunning image , the dress and wings and coloured the rest of her in with my Pro Markers.

The card is a landscape folded from an A4 piece of card.
Corner dies are marianne creatables and the smaller corner dies are Nellie snellen and joy crafts die.
The flowers are made from my spellbinders rose die.

The sentiment , butterfly , frame and flourish are all from my crafty stash.

This image is FAE 19 and you can buy her here: FitzTown FAE Collection

Lovely collage feel to this card, Sharon. Congrats on the new DT position. Glad you played along in our challenge at Crafter's Cafe, even if our theme was "Friends" and not 'birthdays.' :-D
