Have you ever just wanted to just make a card but not for any reason or celebration but "Just Because" .
Well I won the new tattered lace collection on Facebook called "the sweetest things" . They're beautiful dies but there is one I couldn't wait to play with and it was the bee one.
I'm one of those people who will see a bee dying and help revive them by giving them a spoon of sugar water or bringing a flower to them so they can get to the nectar. I feel , in fact I know they're so important for our future generation. I just love bees.
The die once cut generates a 3d image using 2 Dies that are connected. Very clever and the results are just stunning.
You can go check them out here:

Free p&p too!
I used sue Wilson's hexagon dies for the base and matting and layering which was just perfect considering they're the same shape.
Cardstock I used was from a kit from create and craft.
The flowers are from Kanban rose & flower kit which are already die cut. I coloured mine in using oil pastels . Some are foiled and some are beautiful patterns of flowers.
Very effective

Love these dies and of course just love the cute little bees lol
Thanks so much for stopping by and looking and ant commenting you may do
Have a lovely weekend
