DS4J new release special card!

Good evening everyone

Well I did promise to make a card with the new release digi image I received and I've done it lol.

I went to my sisters this afternoon and used her printer so I could finally manage to colour this gorgeous digi stamp in.

She is called Misteri as a Fairy and you can buy her here: Misteri the Fairy Digi at DS4J Store

Please see post below for information on the special new releases created by Jen today and a giveaway.

I coloured this beauty in with my pro markers , I matted and layered 3 different types of DP and stuck them to the card in landscape and portrait.   I used spellbinders die cuts , corner dies and the embellishments were from my stash.

The paper flowers are handmade, I found the tutorial on a fellow DT blog, her name is Desire and she has many different tutorials on her blog which are just amazing. Please pay her a visit here :

Out of all the digi stamps I've coloured this has for to be the most gorgeous one I've used .

Again I'd like to say another congratulations to Jen for her amazing achievement of her 500th Digi stamp she has created!

I hope you all have a great start to the week and enjoy the rest of the evening!

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit and comment.

Lots of love
Sharon xx

Good morning Sharon,
Beautiful card, fantastic colouring on a wonderful image so wonderfully put together, I love it.

Glad you liked my box, in answer to your question ... I make all my own embellishments from card & paper. Pearls, lace and ribbon I buy. I often make my "rosettes" from end pieces of lace or paper.
Have great day

Good morning Sharon, I am fine thank you for your concern, was playing trying to make Patricia's roses up, she gave me all the bits and told me to follow her tutorial 4/11/12 is the date she put one up. Managed to make a couple. I hate having sticky fingers and making roses involves sticky messy fingers, so I enjoyed being able to make them but not the down side of sticky fingers.
Another lovely card with great colouring.

Hope you have a good day.

Hi Sharon,
love your card. So perfectly created. Your colouring of the image is amazing. Fab design as always.
Thank goodness you thought of going to sisters to print out the image.
I do hope you received the instructions on the book card and box, and that you could understand my warblings as Planet Susie would say.
Have a wonderful crafty day.

Hi dear!
Your coloring is so great!!
Unfortunately, Sami Stamps Challenges is only for projects with Sami Stamps images so your work is not qualified for our challenge this time. But I have a good news - there is a freebies section in Sami Stamp store and you can grab them all!! Then you can enter again and play with us. We will be happy if you will do that!!
