Good evening fellow bloggers. I hope your ok and your weekend is going good?
I must apologise for not making a card and posting. I'm afraid this weekend has been a busy weekend. I have my little 8 year old niece for the weekend and then she goes home Sunday evening and then I have a special friend coming to stay for the weekend. I will try and make a card or project and post in between now and Tuesday.
Thank you all so much for your thoughtful and kind comments also thank you for viewing my blog.
I made a card earlier this week but didn't have time to post it to my blog.
This is a thank you card/gift for my sister who has helped me through so many bad times in my life. She is my angel in disguise and I love her dearly.
The box with the candles was made separately to the card. The card itself is small and I stuck the box onto the inside of the card before decorating it.
Card stock: hunkydory.
Stamp from crafters companion set.
Labels spellbinders die used to Matt and layer image and punch out aperture in candle box.
Doily underneath image and layers.
Ribbon used for closing the card when not in use.
Organza ribbon for keeping candles secure in the box.
Decoration: ribbon flowers, gems, gold peel offs and white pearly glue drops.
I'd like to enter this card onto the following challenges please:
