Good morning fellow bloggers. I hope you all had a great day yesterday and the start of today is going well for you all.
Thank you all so much for your kind comments on my posts. I've not been blog hopping but today I shall do my rounds so I do apologise if I've not visited your blog yet.
As you know I also like making boxes and finding new ways of using my coloured images. I coloured a beautiful girl praying and the image was quite large as it was a digi stamp from a previous win and printed it larger than I wanted it. So I decided to make a box and use it on that.
This is an A2 gift box and was very easy to make. I have a box scoring board but its nice to make different boxes as the lids and bases sizes on a scoring board seem to be the same. This can either be used to out a bulky card in or to use to put gifts in for a birthday.
The tutorial was found on this website:A2 box tutorial , you can increase the sizes to make the box as large as you wanted but I only had A4 card stock so stuck to the original measurements.
I coloured this cute baby image in using my trusty pro markers as usual lol. The card stock for the lid is hunky dory and the base of the box was card stock from kanban. I then used some flower decorative border stickers for all four corners of the lid. Before sticking the lid flaps together I used my X Cut heart punch to punch round all sides to create a different look. I cut out my image and placed on the centre of the box lid and finished off with some butterflies from my stash and a die cut flower topped off with another flower in the middle. I then used a sentiment on the side of the lid.
A pretty Girly birthday gift box. I adore this cute little girl she's gorgeous and was so much fun colouring in.
Also one more thing. My colours in my iPhone has gone all weird so can't really see that well to see if my photos are ok and colours are good. Could you pls tell me if the photos are ok? I post on my blog via my iPhone. It's going to be fixed but just need your input if you could, that would be great. Also if anyone knows how you post your pics on your iPhone to co-inside with your details I.e: write a description and then post the iPhoto underneath etc instead of all my photos being on the bottom of the post id really like to know how. Thank you so much for reading and thanks for any info in this! Xxx
