Mothers day gifts

Good evening all

I've been a very busy bee past 3 days making gifts for my mom for mothers day.

I upcycled a wooden plain box and a shadow box . 

Here is what they looked like before I started: 

I primed them both with gesso first then used pearlywinks pearly paste on each project for texture. 

Once dry I sprayed with tattered Angel's ink spray,  used gold wax medium and then started to decorate.   

The box is decoupaged at the bottom using imagination crafts rice papers. 

Most of the items I used were from the craft box company from hochanda.  

The mothers day verse was from my stash . 

They were so much fun to do and my mom loved them both. 

I wanted to go for a vintage look so hopefully I achieved that.  

Going to have a cuppa before I'm back later with another post which I'm so happy about.
