Birds and blooms

Good evening

Another bow front card lol.  I've got to say I do love making these. Usually easy and quick but this one took a week to finish due to personal circumstances. Finally got there but not sure if I like it or not lol

I used crafters companion de'sire spring is in the air collection which includes, 3d embossing folder, stamps & songbirds die set plus love blooms die.  I got the whole collection at a bargain price too luckily .
You can browse their fabulous products here, some are at a bargain price :

Crafters companion has a very good sale on for 24 hours too , hop on over here:

The inside of the card was embossed with the 3d folder and then I used silver gilding polish on the raised parts and white gel pen for highlights. The bird is on acetate so it moves.

The base of the card is from create and craft foiled core collection :
Core collection foiled cardstock

Outside was die cut using the blooms die and decoupaged with black card and vellum. Top was die cut using the spring is in the air edgeable.  Flowers are my usual dies from my stash.  Ribbon from my stash.

Sentiment was stamped from the stamp set, distressed using the gilding polish and die cut using Tattered lace oval die
