Good evening crafters 

I'm so glad it's been cooler today and finally some fresh cool air here tonight.  Not sure how long it will last but anything is better than nothing lol 

I've been working on this 8x8 card today. 

The main focal image is a die cut from creative expressions range called "papercuts", this one is called "Spring butterfly garden". It cuts beautifully and it's so versatile you get 5 dies with this one which includes the outerlayer, the pattern itself and 3 butterfly dies. I won it by commenting on a fb live event.  You can buy or look for more from the range here:

The cardstock is from a 12x12 Kanban card which I cut down using 2 pieces to create a 8x8 card.   The card used for the die is just basic white and black cardstock. I used the same die to cut it out of black cardstock aswell as white to create a shadow effect. 

I matted it onto some patterned paper and black cardstock from my stash. 

Dies I used for the flourishes, flowers and foxglove flourish are from tattered lace and Joanna Sheen. 

Sentiment is from my stash and I matted it onto white card distressed with dew drop pink chalk ink cut out of a tattered lace oval die.
