Good evening bloggers
For the past week I've seriously lost my inspiration for crafting. My mojo had definitely gone.
Last night it just popped into my head that it would be a great idea to create a scene inside a acetate bow front card, so that's what I've been working on today
To create the scene inside I cut out two pieces of 2 inches width of black cardstock.
I then scored every 1/4 inch length ways and folded and scored on every line but as a concertina fold.
I then placed this on either side of inside of the card. Cut different sizes of 2 strips to go across length ways across to each side of the concertina folds.
I then placed this on either side of inside of the card. Cut different sizes of 2 strips to go across length ways across to each side of the concertina folds.
I just used different widths of each strips and placed different die cuts on each one making sure the strips bowed like the acetate will.
I placed the birds on the back piece of the card which I got free as a download from tattered lace, you can download so much beautiful images and backgrounds for free here:

I then arranged the die cuts on each strip and placed die cuts of trees on each side on each of the folds.
I then finished it off with acetate and decorated the front of the card.
It wasn't that difficult. In real life the dimension is a lot more noticeable than it is in the photos
Die cuts were all from tattered lace apart from just 2 from Joanna sheen.
