Elegant black & cream birthday card

Good evening all

I hope you all enjoyed the wedding or football or even both, whichever interests you.
Whilst everyone or most was watching the wedding I was crafting lol.

I had two big injections yesterday in my spine and SI joint.
Was so unwell I couldn't get out of bed afterwards.
Feeling a lot better today so I made another gatefold birthday card, an elegant black & cream. I love those colours together.

I used Lynda Chapman's black and cream cardstock to create the gatefold card and also used it to die cut flowers and labels die out off the cardstock
The lady inside the card is from Hunkydorys Little book of dresses.  I fussy cut her and decoupaged her with several layers.

I matted her onto Mirri card which I wrapped in silver ribbon and then used foam tape to stick her onto it.

The side panels are Tattered lace dies which I die cut and used on all the panels of the gatefold.
I stamped the sentiment onto labels die then cut the inside out and matted it onto the same die cut but in different colour.

All of the flowers are spellbinders and tattered lace dies which most have come from the sets I have.  The leaves and flourishes are a mixture of tattered lace dies, poppy crafts dies and Joanna Sheen dies

The bunting die cuts are from Joanna sheen

I hope you have a lovely weekend

Thanks so much for stopping by

Lots of love
Sharon
