Ds4J Midway Inspiration for Challenge of Stitching. DT Post

Good morning Bloggers!

I hope you are all well!  Again apologises for lack of posts this past week and lack of comments on your blogs.

Thank you all from my heart for your warm wishes and nice words.  Very much appreciated!

Not sure what's going on but my hip pain has got so much worse , think it might be due to the cold.  I can hardly stand or put pressure on my leg.

I did manage to go to merry hill Sunday just gone and for the first time in my life used a mobility scooter.  Oh what fun I had zooming down the stores aisles at full speed! He , he!

So onto Digistamps4Joy current challenge to use stitching real or faux in your projects.  Glad faux was included cause I wouldn't have a clue lol.

This challenge is hosted by one of our DT Ursula!

Hi there,
I am Ursula one of the DT members, I live in South Africa, and it is my pleasure to host  challenge #80.....Stitching

Now I know some of you are throwing your hands up in the air, at the thought of  sewing machines, needle and thread etc., but not to worry you can also just do some faux stitching. Stitching of any kind is acceptable.

The challenge starts 13 November and ends on Tuesday 26 November.
We would love you to use a DS4J image, but any stamped or digi image will be OK.....You will get an extra chance if you do use a Digistamps4Joy image. We look forward to see your creations.

To enter your project please go here: DS4J Blog
To buy the image called "Mila at the Beach" that I have used please click here: DS4J Store

I hope you hop on over to DS4J Blog to see the other DT's stunning creations!

My card today was a far cry away from winter lol. Wanted to do a summery scene so used this gorgeous digi stamp and did a beach scene on my card using the image as inspiration.

I coloured the image in using Pro-Markers.   The card itself is an A4 piece of card scored in half and used as landscape.

Most of the beach scene cut out's were from a set I got from Kanban and the rest are my from my usual crafty stash.

I hope you have a go as I'd love to see your gorgeous work up there!

Have a fabulous day!
Much love
Sharon xx
