Not had a very good weekend or beginning of the week but won't go into that.

Ok today is the midway inspiration for DS4J challenge 77- Using a snowflake in your creation and a recycled item.

OWNER - ELENOR
Elenor
My name is Elenor, I am one of the DT members in Team B and I want to present my challenge to you! =)
I am a big fan of recycling as I save things all the time for future use. Well now is the time to bring out your saved things and use some of them in this challenge! The TWIST is to add at least one snowflake somewhere in your creation! =) Please tell us what your recycled item is too! =)
Use recycled items and ADD a snowflake

My card is a double twisted easel card which you can make by following this tutorial:
 Double Twisted Easel Card

The 3D Snowflake is made by 3 spellbinders snowflake die cuts which you fold and stick together.  It was something I saw on create and craft and also made one last year.   Using the folds mountain and valley folds and sticking together creates this 3D dimension.  I'm so sorry but I've lost the instructions on how to do this.

The tissue flower in the middle I made myself by following this tutorial:

The digi Stamp is del DS4J and coloured with Pro - Markers.  You can buy this digi at the store here:  DS4J Store

The blue bow is recycled from another card that I had no use for.  The sentiment is from a hunkydory Christmas kit from last year.  The small snowflake dies were embossed and distressed with blue chalk ink then used glossy ascents in the middle.

The doily, flourish die cuts and other die cuts, lace , white organza flower, DP's are all from my usual crafty stash.

Hope you've enjoyed today's project and have a go and enter the challenge.

Have a lovely day and if you ever have questions or need help please contact me via email and ill gladly help the best I can.

Hugs
Sharon xx
