Origami box

Good evening everyone!

I hope you are all having a fabulous evening and your day has been lovely.

Thank you so much for your lovely comments on my blog, I truly appreciate it.

Well I've been busy today lol, I saw this tutorial on a fellow bloggers blog about how she made this stunning box so thought I'd have a look and try it.   I'm glad I did as its not difficult and it's just using a 12 x 12 paper and folding yet the results are just gorgeous!   Thanks Christine Harrop for showing me this as its been fun making it.

You can find the tutorial here if you would like a go yourself: http://www.card-making-magic.com/origamiboxtutorial.html

Once I made the box all I had to do was just decorate it.
I used embellishments of bows using white and black spotted organza ribbon and lilac ribbon from create and craft.
Lace and material to line the outside of the triangles.
Organza flowers from eBay
Black feathers from Kanban and the papers were from my mother.

I hope you like it.
Have a great evening and I shall pop round your blogs soon.
Hugs
Sharon xx

Good morning Sharon, you were asking on Patricia's blog how I was, well I am feeling great and doing really well, have my own blog now showing the gifts I make. Patricia had been trying to get me to do a blog as like you I found truly wonderful friends and they were always asking to see what I made, it took a lot of hair pulling and lots of "I can't do this" but I got there in the end.
Glad you have decided to come back and I just love these little boxes, and how everyone makes them look stunning. Sorry to read your hip is so painful and that you need it replaced, hope you don't have to wait to long. Look forward to seeing more of your lovely work.
