Happy Monday fellow bloggers, visitors and followers!
Another start to the week. I hope you all have a great weekend!
Thank you all so much for all of your kind comments and time in visiting my blog.
I'd also like to welcome my new followers. Welcome to my blog and thank you so much for following me.
Well I think it's about time I put my tree up and decorations up today. I'm usually earlier than this but really not organised this Christmas lol.
Now onto today's new challenge over at Tammys Scrapin Corner! The theme for this week is "Anything Christmas" (shaped cards)! I really hope you come on over and have a go. We are all making Christmas cards now or rushing to make them lol, so why not enter our challenge and have a chance in winning some prizes.
Our fabulous sponsors this week are:
Stichy Bears : Stichy Bears Store
QKR Stampede : QKR Stampede Store
The Digi image I used this week for my card was from Stitchy Bears and it is called "Away in the Manger". The true meaning of Christmas which I think is sometimes forgotten lately during Christmas by a selected few. It is nice to remember what Christmas is about , not just about money , stress and work. It is about Jesus being born, time with loved ones and giving. This is why I chose this image.
My card is a Diamond shaped Easel card. Very easy to do and can be made from one just piece of A4 card stock. The tutorial for this If you fancy a go can be found here: Diamon Easel Tutorial
Materials used:
Card Stock from Hunkydory
Die Cuts from Spellbinders and Joy Dies
Image called Away in a Manger from Sponsor Stitchy Bears
Lace, Sentiments, Glitter glue Die cut Flower buds and Silver Textured Card Stock all from my Stash

This is similar to the fold I did for my card this week but I would guess the longer base would weight it down more, I will be having a go at this one.
Love your colouring on this image, totally different from most Christmas cards.
