Afternoon again my fellow bloggers. Time to relax as its a Sunday, well that's my excuse anyway lol.
This morning I've been making more jewellery and created a large tag which you could either use on a card front itself or use it as it is.
I know it's another vintage project but I couldn't resist it lol.
This was quite a simple project but very effective. I cut a tag template out of normal card and traced it onto some mount board and cut around it. I distressed the board all around the edges using my distressing inks. Like my previous project yesterday I have some patterned paper with many different kind of images on it. I cut a strip of some other patterned paper, distressed it and glued in the middle if the tag. I cut around these and distressed them again before placing randomly on the tag. The main image is of this Victorian woman which I used gold peel off borders to put around the edges. I also had this fab measuring tape border which I used on the tag and created a domed effect. The flower was cut from the same paper and cut down to the middle so I could manipulate it and create dimension. The stamp , button and sentiment images were done using the same method.
Simple but the finished look I love.
I'd like to enter this project into the following challenges please:
